Outdoor Lighting
Effective April 1, 2011

Rate Schedule 6E - Outdoor Lighting

Availability

Available to customers of the Cooperative for approved outdoor lighting service, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.  The total capacity of outdoor lighting shall not be less than 10Kw.

Applicability

All service under this rate schedule shall be received at one voltage from a single delivery point, shall be measured by one meter, is for the exclusive use of the customer for non-commercial purposes, and shall not be resold or shared with others.

Type of Service

Single-phase, 60 cycles, at available secondary voltage.

Rate

Monthly Service Charge $12.75

Plus  9.36 cents per KWH for all KWH’s

Minimum Charges and Disconnection

The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be $12.75; however, if the customer desires to disconnect the service at the end of the season, there will be a reconnect charge (Appendix A-Service Rules and Regulations) before service is restored.

Average Delivered Power Cost

To the total of the above charges for electric service under this rate schedule, there shall be added or subtracted an amount determined in accordance with the Association's Power Cost Adjustment Rider.  A copy of the Power Cost Adjustment Rider is available at any office of the Association or at www.coastepa.com.

Tax Expense Adjustment

To the total of the above charges for electric service under this rate schedule, there shall be added or subtracted an amount determined in accordance with the Association's Tax Expense Adjustment Rider.  A copy of the Tax Expense Adjustment Rider is available at any office of the Association or at www.coastepa.com.

Tax Clause

To the total of all charges for electric service under this rate schedule shall be added the applicable existing Mississippi State and municipal sales taxes.

Terms of Payment

The above rates are due and payable upon receipt.
