Light Service

Effective April 1, 2011

Rate Schedule 7H - Light Service

Availability

Available to customers, at any point adjacent to existing facilities and subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative.

Applicability

To any customer for automatically controlled outdoor lighting.

Type of Service

Unmetered outdoor lighting from dusk to dawn served from the Cooperative's existing overhead pole lines where secondary voltage is available.

Rates per Light

Pole Rental

Poles (wood, concrete, or fiberglass) set solely for the purpose of the light are $3.00 per month.  Ornamental pole charges are $3.50 per month.

Average Delivered Power Cost

To the total of the above charges for electric service under this rate schedule, there shall be added or subtracted an amount determined in accordance with the Association's Power Cost Adjustment Rider.  A copy of the Power Cost Adjustment Rider is available at any office of the Association or at www.coastepa.com.

Tax Expense Adjustment

To the total of the above charges for electric service under this rate schedule, there shall be added or subtracted an amount determined in accordance with the Association's Tax Expense Adjustment Rider.  A copy of the Tax Expense Adjustment Rider is available at any office of the Association or at www.coastepa.com.

Tax Clause

To the total of all charges for electric service under this rate schedule shall be added the applicable existing Mississippi State and municipal sales taxes.

Computation of Adjustment

Any adjustment computed on a KWH basis will be based on the monthly KWH indicated for each lamp under the rates.

Terms of Payment

The above rates are due and payable upon receipt.
