The Comfort Advantage Existing Home program offers a couple of options for home owners. You must choose an option as they cannot be used simultaneously.
The first option is the Comfort Advantage incentive program which offers an incentive for homeowners that replace their existing gas, electric or heat pump below a 10 SEER with an energy-efficient Heat Pump System.
The second option is the Comfort Advantage finance program that offers financing for an energy-efficient Heat Pump System when changing from a gas furnace, electric furnace or Heat Pump below 10 SEER.
